OnTheMarket PLC (AIM:OTMP) said its TecLet platform has a new customer in the form of Arun Estates, which operates more than 100 estate agency branches around south-east England and has signed up to use the platform for its lettings business.
The automated pre-tenancy and property management platform has interfaces for landlords and tenants, operating 24/7.
OnTheMarket chief executive Jason Tebb said offering software is an important part of the group's strategy.
"We are now more than just a portal and the continued sign-ups to our software solutions are testament to how we are providing added value for our agents," he commented in a statement.
Arun Estates said it expected the software to help with its customer service and in "making the moving process as stress-free as possible".
