Majuba Hill Copper closes $1.5M private placement to fund exploration efforts

Majuba Hill Copper Corp (CSE:JUBA) has closed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement generating gross proceeds of over $1.5 million.

The company issued more than 10 million units, each containing one common share and one share purchase warrant, priced at $0.15 each. The warrants are exercisable at a price of $0.40 for 12 months.

Proceeds from the offering will be used for exploration of the company’s Majuba Hill property and Ruby Hollow property, along with general working capital.

Majuba Hill is engaged in the identification, review and acquisition of latter-stage copper and copper, silver and gold assets.

The company’s flagship project is the Majuba Hill copper, silver and gold district located 156 miles outside Reno, Nevada.
