Ximen Mining Corp (TSX-V:XIM, OTCQB:XXMMF) has announced that its shares will start trading on the Gettex Exchange in Germany, effective May 4, 2023.
The move is part of Ximen's strategy to expand its presence and share its developments with new audiences in Europe and is in addition to its existing listings on the TSX Venture Exchange, the OTCQB in the USA, and several regional exchanges in Europe, including the Frankfurt Exchange in Germany.
"Over the past few weeks, Ximen has received final permits from both the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy and the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Low-Carbon Innovation. These permits will allow the company to advance the Kenville Gold Mine, which has been several years in the making. We are excited to share our progress and story as we move forward with our plans," said Christopher Anderson, CEO of Ximen Mining in a statement.
In addition, Ximen Mining said it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of 6 million units at a price of $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of $600,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant.
The net proceeds from the offering will be used by Ximen for exploration expenses on the company's British Columbia mineral properties and general working capital.
Vancouver-based Ximen Mining owns 100% interest in three of its precious metal projects located in southern British Columbia, including the Amelia Gold Mine, the Brett Epithermal Gold Project, and the Treasure Mountain Silver Project, which is currently under an option agreement.
