Usha Resources Ltd (TSX-V:USHA) CEO Deepak Varshney joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has expanded its portfolio with the addition of five lithium pegmatite projects located in Ontario.
Varshney saying each of these projects has strong technical merit with lots of potential. The projects are spread across the province and are near critical resources, green technology, and Brunswick (NYSE:BC). The company plans to do some work on the newly-acquired assets once the snow melts, with the aim of moving the projects along quickly into a joint venture, disposition, or spinout.
Varshney also gave Proactive an update on its flagship Jackpot Lithium Project where the company is presently undertaking its maiden drill program with the goal of completing a 43-101 resource.
