Ceres Power Holdings PLC (AIM:CWR, OTC:CPWHF) announced the appointment of Karen Bomba and Caroline Brown as non-executive directors, with effect from 1 June 2023.
Bomba’s most recent position was president of Smiths Interconnect, a subsidiary of Smiths Group (LSE:SMIN), whilst Brown brings twenty years’ of boardroom experience, both executive and non-executive.
