Galantas Gold Corp (AIM:GAL, TSX-V:GAL, OTCQX:GALKF) said it had C$1.04mln at the end of last year, which it has recently topped up with a private placing.
The developer of the Omagh gold project in Northern Ireland reported a net loss of C$16.6mln for 2022.
In 2023 so far, Galantas has raised roughly C$2.75mln for exploration at Omagh and Scotland, and said it had agreed to settle C$299,020 of indebtedness.
In today's results, it said negotiations with current finance providers to extend short-term loans are "progressing positively", with maturity dates expected to be extended beyond December.
