Honye Financial Services Ltd (LSE:HOYE) published half-year results as it continues to proceed with the reverse takeover of Zoyo Capital.
It reported cash on the balance sheet of £422,082 at the January half-year stage.
The company said it "remained committed in the process of the reverse takeover transaction" following the signing non-binding heads of agreement in June 2021, with a wholly owned subsidiary, Honye Trading Ltd to assist with the process, which has FCA authorised representative status in the UK.
Last year, Honye Trading agreed contracts with an equities trading platform white label provider, it said, allowing the company to launch a branded app to "gain beneficial market intelligence prior to launching the Zoyo app post RTO",
