The company, in a statement, noted that Bower brings relevant expertise, having served as the chief operating officer and chief financial officer at various listed and private companies in the energy sector.
Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) PLC (AIM:EOG) has announced that William Ahlefeldt, a director of the company since 2004, has decided to retire with immediate effect.
