Premier African Minerals directors increase shareholdings

Premier African Minerals Ltd (AIM:PREM) chief executive George Roach and non-executive director Wolfgang Hampel increased their shareholding through the exercise of options, taking up in aggregate 24.5mln shares – with the former now holding 1.6bn shares or 7.1% of the company, and the latter holding 101.8mln shares or 0.45% of the company.
