An ongoing investigation at WANdisco PLC has concluded that falsified purchase orders can be traced back to one unnamed senior sales employee of the software group.
The probe by FRP Advisory also found that there is no credible evidence that any customers are unknowingly making payments to unauthorised third parties instead of the company, or its resellers.
"We are pleased to receive these findings, which confirm the limits of the impact of the identified irregularities in line with our announcement of April 3,” said chairman Kenneth Lever.
"The board remains squarely focused on workstreams to lift the suspension of our shares as soon as is practicable and position WANdisco for long-term growth and success."
Earlier this month, around US$15mln of falsified sales were uncovered.
