Tocvan Ventures Corp. (CSE:TOC) revealed that Cascade Copper has successfully completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) and is now trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) as of April 25, 2023. In addition, the company updated on progress at its Pilar gold-silver project.
The IPO completion news follows Tocvan's announcement last year that it planned to dividend shares of Cascade, acquired from the sale of Rogers Creek, to its shareholders.
“We are excited to see Cascade complete its IPO and look forward to unlocking the value of this new opportunity to our shareholders,” said Brodie Sutherland, CEO of Tocvan Ventures in a statement.
Cascade Copper is an exploration-stage natural resource company focused on evaluating, acquiring and exploring mineral resource properties with the intention of placing them into production. Its flagship project is the Rogers Creek Property, located in the Coastal Mountain Belt of British Columbia.
“Cascade has assembled a portfolio of exploration projects with excellent exposure to copper and gold targets in southern British Columbia. We wish the Cascade team all the best in this new endeavor.
"Meanwhile, Bulk Sample results at Pilar continue to produce encouraging results of consistent gold and silver values. We look forward to updating shareholders very soon with additional results,” added Sutherland.
Tocvan said bulk sampling at the Pilar project in Sonora, Mexico, is ongoing, and initial sampling of crush reject or duplicate material has returned consistent gold and silver values.
The company said more than 800 tonnes of bulk sample material have been prepared for processing, with an additional 350 tonnes of crushed material and 250 tonnes of raw-bulk sample available for testing. The information from the sample will be used to optimize future production facilities and to plan for the permitting of full-scale mine and process facilities on-site at Pilar.
Tocvan Ventures is a well-structured exploration development company that was created to take advantage of opportunities in the junior mining exploration sector. The company is earning 100% into two opportunities in Sonora, Mexico: the Pilar gold-silver project and the El Picacho gold-silver project.
