Spectra Systems Corporation (AIM:SPSY, OTC:SCTQ) said its chief financial officer Colleen Hamill resigned on Friday 21 April to explore other opportunities.
Hamill stepped down after the publication of the 2022 annual results and production of the annual report, the company said in a statement.
The process to identify a successor is progressing well, Spectra added, with Liz Squires, financial controller, to work alongside chief executive Nabil Lawandy in the interim period.
