Ondine Biomedical Inc (AIM:OBI) Chief Technology Officer Nicolas Loebel joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has shared details of its US Phase 2 clinical trial of nasal photodisinfection which was presented to the 33rd European Congress of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases in Copenhagen, Denmark. Loebel telling Proactive the results showed patients who underwent Ondine's nasal photodisinfection prior to surgery experienced 66% fewer surgical site infections than the US national average. Loebel also said the company is currently preparing for a U.S. Phase 3 trial of its nasal photodisinfection and will make further announcements in the future.
