Recruiter.com Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:RCRT), which helps to streamline the hiring process for employers and job seekers alike, revealed that it has beta launched Candidate Pitch, a novel app powered by OpenAI's ChatGPT.
The New York-based recruiting platform company said the app “instantly converts resumes” into interesting career profiles using artificial intelligence (AI).
In a nutshell, it streamlines the time-consuming job search process, enabling job seekers and recruiters to create persuasive text-based summaries that showcase a candidate’s unique skills and experience.
According to Recruiter, crafting an “impeccable and comprehensive online professional profile” makes all the difference for an applicant hoping to rise above the competition. Yet, many job seekers grapple with articulating their exceptional value propositions in a manner that resonates with potential employers, noted the company.
In effect, Candidate Pitch is the answer to the problem. After uploading a resume to the app, the AI-driven platform rapidly pinpoints vital skills and experience, crafting a tailored professional summary. Recruiter said the candidate can then effortlessly tweak the “tone and voice” of their pitch, capturing their personality and accentuating their strengths, said Recruiter.
“The app's job-matching feature empowers users to seamlessly adapt their summary to align with job descriptions,” Recruiter said in a statement.
Recriter’s pricing for Candidate Pitch starts at $29.99 a month with a fully functional free trial to start.
Separately, the company noted that recruiters can also enjoy “substantial rewards” from Candidate Pitch, by producing succinct summaries of candidates to show hiring managers, potentially saving themselves hours of work every day.
The app's adeptness at autonomously examining resumes and generating summaries enables recruiters to concentrate on fostering meaningful connections with candidates instead of sifting through resumes and painstakingly composing candidate summaries for busy hiring managers.
The company said recruiters can also subscribe to Candidate Pitch for a $29.99 a month plan, or upgrade to a $59.99 a month plan for greater usage.
