GoldMining subsidiary US GoldMining debuts on Nasdaq after successful spinout

US GoldMining, a spinout from Toronto- and New York-listed GoldMining Inc. (TSX:GOLD), has made its debut on the public markets this week with a $20 million initial public offering.

The company offered two million units at an initial public offering price of $10 per unit. Shares will trade under the symbol USGO on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

At the completion of the offering, GoldMining will hold 9,622,491 shares of USGO, or approximately 79% of its outstanding shares.

US GoldMining is an exploration and development company focused on the Whistler gold-copper project in Alaska.

The Whistler project is comprised of gold-copper porphyry deposits and exploration targets within a regional land package of around 217 square kilometres.

Its parent company, GoldMining, is an Americas-focused firm that controls a diversified portfolio of resource-stage gold and gold-copper projects in Canada, the US, Brazil, Colombia, and Peru.
