Genflow Biosciences eyes US as it applies for OTC quote

Genflow Biosciences PLC (LSE:GENF) has applied to trade the company's shares on the US OTCQB Venture Market.

By doing so, Genflow aims to broaden its reach to more investors and potentially enhance liquidity in its stock.

In its current stable financial position, Genflow doesn't require a capital raise for trading on the OTCQB market.

It will continue to trade on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange under the ticker GENF.

Acknowledging the importance of the US market in the field of longevity advancements, Genflow also said it was eager to showcase its innovative solutions and technologies to a wider audience, boost its profile, and increase visibility within the global biotech industry.

Genflow CEO, Eric Leire, commented: "As a board, we are keen to grow the company's investor base, particularly in the US, and thus, continually improve liquidity.

"The forefront of advancements in the longevity sector occurs in the US, and it is naturally an ambition of ours to increase Genflow's exposure there.

"Investments and interest in this sector by high-profile names, including Larry Page and Jeff Bezos, have increased investor curiosity and appetite."
