T Stamp Inc (NASDAQ:IDAI, EURONEXT:AIID) (dba Trust Stamp) revealed that it has struck a securities purchase agreement with a single institutional investor to buy 1,573,330 shares of common stock in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market.

In a coinciding private placement, the Atlanta-based global provider of artificial intelligence powered identity services, also agreed to issue and sell unregistered warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,573,330 shares of common stock.

Arrow Exploration Corp (TSX-V:AXL, AIM:AXL, OTC:CSTPF) has told investors that the RCE-5 well on its Tapir Block in the Llanos Basin of Colombia has exceeded pre-drill expectations as one of six zones flowed at close to 700 barrels of oil per day (bopd) in testing.

The company, in a statement, said that RCE-5 – which was drilled in March and tested in April – had encountered six hydrocarbon bearing intervals, totalling 90 net feetpay, and was completed in the Carbonera C7 formation.

PharmaDrug Inc said it has $100,000 through the sale of debenture units. Each unit is comprised of a $1,000 principal amount convertible secured debenture and 20,000 common share purchase warrants. The debenture bears interest at a rate of 15% per annum payable monthly in arrears, matures one year from the date of issue and is convertible into common shares at a price of $0.05. It is secured by a general security agreement from PharmaDrug and its wholly-owned subsidiary Sairiyo Therapeutics Inc, and a pledge of the shares of Sairiyo. Each subscriber is entitled to a closing fee in the amount of 8% of their aggregate subscription price which fee was paid by way of a set off against the $1,000 unit purchase price. PharmaDrug said that 50% of the proceeds realized from the sale of the consideration received from the sale of Pharmadrug GmbH to Khiron Life Sciences Corp will be paid to the holders of the debentures. The debenture ranks pari passu with the debentures issued by the company in August 2022, and PharmaDrug has been paying down principal over the past several months and the combined balance following this round will be $609,000.
