Altamira Gold CEO Michael Bennett joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has released testing results from an internal metallurgical leach characterisation test on a drill core from the Cajueiro project in Brazil. Bennett telling Proactive the testing used a proprietary thiosulphate leach technique developed by Clean Mining. That 24 hour test showed, at a grind size of 80% passing 75µm, recovered 92% of total gold content. The testing shows the potential for a non-cyanide process route on the project.
