Arizona Silver Exploration Inc announced that it has released the geological sections from the March 2023 reverse circulation (RC) drill program at the Philadelphia epithermal gold-silver project in Arizona.
The exploration company said drill thicknesses of “visibly mineralized intervals” range from 55-82 metres (m) in the Rising Fawn Zone with an estimated true thickness of 50-60m, while in the Perry Zone, the drill thickness ranges from 30-76m with an estimated true thickness of 30-45m.
“These geologic sections demonstrate excellent continuity of the host geology and stockwork mineralization from two areas separated by plus-300 metres of strike,” Arizona Silver Exploration vice president exploration Greg Hahn said in a statement.

“They form part of a continuously mineralized system with a total strike length drilled over at least 1.7 kilometers,” he added.
Hahn also called the continuity of mineralization down dip to date “impressive,” with a dip length of at least 200m demonstrated while remaining open down dip and along strike.
Arizona Silver noted the current drill program consisted of 12 holes, for a total of 1256m, over six sections, three of which are from the Rising Fawn Zone and three sections are from the Perry Zone.
The company added that the drill holes fill two gaps that existed previously in the drill hole density and straddle the fences of holes completed in 2021-2022 at the north end of the Perry Zone.
As well, Arizona Silver said the hanging wall vein is present primarily in the holes completed in the Perry Zone and in one hole completed in the Rising Fawn Zone.
Assay results from the March RC drill program are pending, according to the company.
