Shares in Fulham Shore PLC (AIM:FUL) soared 37% after the owner of the Franca Manca and Real Greek restaurant chain agreed to be bought in a £93mln deal.
Japanese buyer Toridoll is offering 14.15p a share, a premium of more than a third to Tuesday’s closing price.
The shares jumped 3.9p to 14.4p, marginally ahead of the recommended bid price, hinting there may a counteroffer.
