Aquis Exchange PLC (AIM:AQX) said that independent non-executive chairman Glenn Collinson purchased 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of 412p per share.
Collinson now holds 24,503 ordinary shares in the company, representing approximately 0.09% of the financial market facilitator’s share capital.
