TomCo Energy PLC (AIM:TOM, OTC:TMCGF) shares were suspended ahead of Monday’s trading pending release of its financial results for the for its financial year ended 30 September 2022.
The company, in a statement, said: “Notwithstanding the temporary suspension of trading in the company's ordinary shares, the company will continue to make announcements as and when there are any developments that require announcement in accordance with its obligations under the AIM rules.”
