ReNeuron Group PLC (AIM:RENE, OTC:RNUGF), a specialist in cell-derived exosome technologies, has formed a new scientific advisory board (SAB) featuring prominent academics and industry executives.
Professors Giuseppe (Beppe) Battaglia, Edit I Buzás, Bernd Giebel and Kenneth Witwer join the SAB, which will be chaired by professor Stefano Pluchino.
The group brings together world-class expertise from across the extracellular vesicle field and will counsel ReNeuron on scientific matters pertaining to its exosome platform research and development strategy, ReNeuron said.
Pluchino added: "I am delighted that we have attracted such renowned EV experts to join the ReNeuron SAB, and it is a privilege to be the chair of the board.
"I very much look forward to working alongside them and the company as we seek to progress the development of the company's stem cell-derived exosome-based drug delivery platform."
He also thanked the former SAB members: "On behalf of the company, I would also like to take the opportunity to thank the former members of the old scientific advisory board for all the advice and support provided during their membership."
