GS Chain PLC (LSE:GSC) said it submitted its application to list on the OTCQB market in America in its half-year results.
The investment company, focused on real estate, fintech, automotive, and blockchain-related companies said it hopes the listing will facilitate participation for US investors.
In the post period after 31 December 2022, the directors provided a cash injection of £400,000 to ensure sufficient cash reserves, according to a statement.
