Arc Minerals Limited (AIM:ARCM) has announced the extension of the deadline in its exclusivity agreement with Anglo American, which is working to partner the company in copper projects in North Western Zambia.
The company, in a statement, said a new deadline is set for 21 April in order to accommodate “the completion of certain outstanding steps”. All other terms of the prior agreement remain, it added.
"I am very pleased with progress made to date and look forward to updating shareholders in more depth soon," said executive chair Nick von Schirnding.
