On the Beach Group (LSE:OTB) PLC has named Jon Wormald as chief financial officer (CFO) as part of a rejig of its management team which will see current finance chief Shaun Morton become chief executive.
Wormald will join the online beach holiday retailer on 30 June 2023 from THG PLC (LSE:THG), with Morton replacing Simon Cooper at the same date. Cooper will become a non-executive director.
Wormald is the current CFO of THG Nutrition where he was responsible for the financial performance of the division alongside responsibility for the vertically integrated manufacturing businesses.
