Power Metal Resources gearing to unlock true value of the business

Power Metal Resources PLC (AIM:POW) is set to release a series of announcements concerning its corporate activities in the near future, according to newly appointed chief executive Sean Wade.

He will also tell the company's annual general meeting (AGM) that progress has been made during his first three weeks in the role, including advancements in the Molopo Farms Complex Project in Botswana, the Berringa Project in the Victoria Goldfields, and the Tati Gold Project 2023 exploration programme.

Wade confirmed that accredited laboratory assay tests for these projects are expected to be received soon, with exploration updates to follow.

Corporate activity has been centred on the planned IPOs of Golden Metal Resources, First Development Resources and Uranium Energy Exploration, Wade will tell investors.

Golden Metal's IPO listing is expected to be completed shortly, followed by First Development Resources in the near term.

The CEO also noted significant interest in Uranium Energy Exploration and the company's broader uranium portfolio.

Power Metal is not only preparing for exploration in 2023 but also reviewing various corporate initiatives to speed up progress and generate value, the AGM was told.

Power Metal anticipates that each successful disposal or spin-out IPO will add considerable value to its asset base and listed investments, building on the company's total assets of £14.6mln.

The goal is to complete as many disposals as possible in 2023, with a focus on unlocking value and concentrating on uranium exploration and key interests in Botswana, Wade told the annual meeting.
