OKYO Pharma Ltd (LSE:OKYO, NASDAQ:OKYO) notified investors that its executive chair Gabriele Cerrone has bought shares in the company.
Cerrone has purchased 12,500 of the company’s ADRs at a price of US$1.32 per unit (representing an aggregate of 812,500 shares at an equivalent price of 1.65p per share).
