Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd (LSE:CORD) notified investors that its Steven Marshall, chair of its infrastructure unit and investment manager, has increased his shareholding in the company.
Marshall purchased 300,000 shares in the company at an average price of 82.95p.
It increases his interest to 4.3mln shares, or 0.76% of the company.
