Kistos shares fall 8% on Wednesday morning after the oil and gas producer pointed to “mixed” results from recent drilling on the Q10-A gas field off the Dutch coast.
The drill rig faced issues “due to mechanical issues arising from utilising the existing well stock”, it said.
AIM-listed Kistos is now assessing the results of the project, alongside external consultants, “which will inform the planning of future work programmes,” added executive chairman Andrew Austin.
Shares fell to 282p on Wednesday morning following the news.
