Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF) Inc announced that it has signed a new US contract as well as two Canadian contract extensions, bringing this year's total agreements to date to 15, compared to 28 in all of 2022.
The health data platform technology company said its new US contract is with an Illinois-based primary care clinic and has an estimated deployment value of up to C$170,000 in the first full year, while its contract extensions are with two Ontario-based health providers with an estimated deployment value of up to C$90,000 over 12 months.
“We continue to see demand for virtual care and remote monitoring increase in North America as healthcare providers seek to leverage our proven Connected Health technologies to improve care delivery, patient satisfaction, and reduce costs,” CEO Robert Kaul said in a statement.

“Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF) is excited to see growth in the number of new contracts signed so far in 2023 as well as a significant number of contract extensions, which indicate that we are doing a good job making healthcare better for all our stakeholders,” Kaul added.
The company noted the additional agreements follow the company's earlier announcement of the expansion of five existing Remote Patient Monitoring contracts, which represent a 150% increase in year-over-year growth in contract extensions.
