Bezant expects to conclude Mankayan deal within seven days

Bezant Resources PLC (AIM:BZT)said all resolutions to approve the deal for the Mankayan project and the acquisition of the shares of the other shareholder were passed at a meeting of IDM International shareholders. As such, all conditions in relation to the disposal have been completed and the special purchase agreement (SPA) is anticipated to conclude in the coming seven days.
