Idox said it made a “positive start” to the current financial year ahead of the group's AGM today.
The AIM-quoted information management and solutions company said operational and financial performance continues to be in line with expectations.
Reporting on the period from 1 November 2022, the company said that the Silicon Valley Bank collapse had no material impact on the group.
Idox also said it continues to make “encouraging organic progress” operating under its new divisional structure of Land, Property and Public Protection and Communities and Assets.
Looking ahead, the group expects high levels of recurring revenue and contract renewals, as well as an order book and pipeline that provides “good visibility” which leaves it well placed for double-digit growth, it said.
“The group has made an encouraging start to the year and continues to trade in line with the Board's expectations,” said chief executive David Meaden.
“We have an attractive acquisition pipeline and our high-quality recurring revenue and order book, coupled with our financial resources, will enable us to maximise the opportunities for profitable growth whilst remaining resilient to the current macro-economic challenges."
