WELL Health Technologies stock surges on financial results plus more daily small cap movers

Record revenue and Adjusted EBITDA boosted shares of WELL Health Technologies Corp Tuesday plus other big percentage movers on news from the small and micro cap space

4:05pm: Sidus Space shares add to gains late afternoon

WELL Health Technologies closed up 8% at $4.42, while Valeura Energy jumped 16% to $2.43, Global Energy Metals finished 14% higher to $0.08, and Sidus Space ended up 14% at $0.60.

11:55am: WELL Health Technologies, Valeura Energy shares make big gains

WELL Health Technologies Corp (TSX:WELL, OTCQX:WHTCF) shares climbed 13% to $4.62 on Tuesday after the practitioner-focused digital healthcare company announced that its fiscal 2022 revenue rose 88% year over year to a record $569.1 million, while its Adjusted EBITDA for the period increased 73% to $104.6 million.

WELL also provided 2023 revenue guidance of between $665 million and $685 million.

As well, shares of VALEURA ENERGY INC (TSX:VLE, AIM:VLU) shot up 17% to $2.45 as the oil and gas producer/explorer said it will acquire the remaining minority interest in its special purpose vehicle subsidiary company, Valeura Energy Asia Pte Ltd, which is the entity that holds all of its assets in Thailand.

Global Energy Metals Corp (TSX-V:GEMC), meanwhile, reported that its strategic partner, Metal Bank Ltd (ASX:MBK) (MBK), has released a JORC 2012 Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) update for the Millennium copper-cobalt-gold (Cu-Co-Au) project in Australia, in which it GEMC holds a 49% carried interest, saying, the MRE indicates that Millennium has 8.4 million tonnes (Mt) of resources at 0.09% Co, 0.29% Cu and 0.12 grams per tonne (g/t) Au for a 1.23% copper equivalent. Global Energy Metals stock moved up 14% to $0.08 following the announcement.

And, Sidus Space Inc (NASDAQ:SIDU) shares gained 10% to $0.57 on Tuesday after the Space-as-a-Service satellite company announced an agreement with SatLab to implement its second-generation automated identification system (AIS) technology into the company’s LizzieSat satellite constellation.
