Volt Resources Ltd (ASX:VRC) CEO Prashant Chintawar joined Proactive's Steve Darling to share news the company has hit another milestone after signing a binding offtake agreement with Graphex Group subsidiary, Graphex Michigan.
Chintawar tells Proactive the deal will see the sale of 10,000 tonnes of fine flake graphite product per year from the Bunyu Graphite Project for five years. The contract also includes an option to extend the offtake agreement for an additional five years. The company is also looking at other offtake agreements with other companies.
