Tiziana Life Sciences Ltd (NASDAQ:TLSA). said it has received positive coverage in an article on Forbes which highlighted foralumab, its unique intranasal monoclonal antibody currently in clinical development to treat multiple sclerosis and other neurodegenerative diseases.

The biotechnology company said that foralumab is the world’s only fully human, anti-CD3 mAb in clinical development. Foralumab binds to the T cell receptor, dampening inflammation by modulating T cell function and suppressing effector features in multiple immune cell subsets.

Nano One Materials Corp (TSX:NANO, OTC:NNOMF) said it has received three new patents, one each in Taiwan, Korea and the US, taking its issued patents to a total of 27.

The patents will extend protection and add value to Nano One's One-Pot process technology for making lithium-ion battery cathode materials. They will also value to Nano One's sulfate-free, sustainable technology for the clean energy future, the company said.

Logiq, Inc. has announced the termination of its stock purchase agreement with Ionic Ventures and withdrawal of its S-1 financing facility. In a statement, Brent Suen, CEO of the provider of digital consumer acquisition solutions, commented: “We plan to embark on a decisive path of mergers and acquisitions, given that there is an amazing opportunity to increase our size, presence and revenue profile this year.”

Marble Financial Inc. told investors that it has closed a tranche of its non-brokered private placement of units, issuing 1.67 million units at $0.07 each for an aggregate subscription amount of $116,900. Each unit comprises a common share and one-half of a warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase a common share at $0.11 each for a period of two years. In connection with the tranche, it said an aggregate of 56,000 shares were issued as finder fees. All securities issued are subject to a hold period of four months and one day following issue. The company noted that certain insiders of the company purchased an aggregate of 950,000 units, representing approximately 57% of the total number of units issued.

Edison Lithium Corp. has announced that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the extension of the expiry date of an aggregate of 9,700,000 common share purchase warrants by 24 months to February 26, 2025, an aggregate of 21,884,000 common share purchase warrants by 24 months to May 7, 2025, and an aggregate of 800,000 common share purchase warrants by 24 months to May 28, 2025. The company noted that these common share purchase warrants were issued under private placements which closed on February 26, 2021, May 7, 2021, and May 28, 2021, respectively. All other terms and conditions of the warrants, including the exercise prices, remain unchanged, it added.
