Chill Brands Group PLC (LSE:CHLL, OTCQB:CHBRF), a producer of CBD-based products, has raised £560,00 to help market and distribute its latest product, a nicotine-free disposable vape.
The new investment will see 16mln of the company’s shares bought at 3.5p each.
The funds will also aim to help with onboarding and management of new products being sold on its website.
