Sidney Resources Corporation (OTC:SDRC) announced that it has appointed Chantel Greene as the new president of the umbrella of Sidney companies.
The green technology, clean water and clean refining company said Greene is the founder and CEO of Xexus Greene Energy, LLC, a 100% Native American and woman owned consulting company.
“President Greene's acumen, experience, leadership, professionalism, and influence serendipitously aligns with what is needed to guide the company forward,” Sidney Resources CEO Sean-Rae Zalewski said in a statement.

“We are all incredibly fortunate that Chantel Greene is aligning her company, career of networking, and influence to guide Sidney's umbrella of companies to the next level of growth and impact,” Zalewski added.
Sidney noted that, in a reciprocal agreement, Zalewski will serve as president of Xexus Green Energy, LLC.
As well, the company said its current president Gregg Lindner will transition to a board of directors position, where he is expected to provide leadership in Sidney's ongoing evaluation of growth in future commercial real estate and logistics endeavors.
Sidney Resources is conducting exploration and development work to determine the values of ore bodies located on three patented claims, the Lucky Ben, Lucky Ben Extension, and Hornet properties totalling 53 acres.
