Versarien's ex-chief exec to remain director for twelve months

Versarien PLC (AIM:VRS, OTC:VRSRF) has provided more details about the resignation of chief executive Neill Ricketts. A major shareholder, Ricketts is now on garden leave but will remain a director and be entitled to attend and vote at board meetings during his 12-month notice period.
