MP Evans Group PLC (AIM:MPE) announced the retirement of Philip Fletcher after 41 years with the group.
Fletcher, currently non-executive director, has held a variety of roles with the firm - in its current guise along with previous iterations including Rowe Evans Investments, Bertam and Lendu.
“Whilst his wisdom and expertise on the board will be much missed, we shall, of course, stay closely in touch with him in the future,” chair Peter Hadsley-Chaplin said in a statement.
