United Lithium Corp (CSE:ULTH) has announced the appointments of Cathy Fitzgerald to the company’s board of directors, as well as Andrew Bowering and Victor Cantore as strategic advisors.
The exploration & development company said Fitzgerald, a geologist with 20 years of mineral resource industry experience in technical and leadership roles, will join its board effective immediately, replacing Faizaan Lalani, who has resigned as a company director but will continue in his role as United Lithium’s chief financial officer.
“Mr Bowering, Mr Cantore and Ms Fitzgerald bring a wealth of capital markets, corporate finance, technical and M&A experience to our team,” United Lithium CEO Scott Eldridge said in a statement.

“We look forward to their contributions as we advance our diverse hard rock lithium portfolio and unlock shareholder value,” Eldridge added.
United Lithium noted that Bowering is the founder and executive chairman of Nasdaq-listed American Lithium, while Cantore was a founder and part of the management team that developed the Whabouchi hard rock lithium project in Quebec.
The company added that Bowering and Cantore will provide strategic advice to both the management team and board of the directors of United Lithium.
