Cannasoft Enterprises stock jumps on sextech entry plus more daily small cap movers

Moves to take AI where it’s never gone before lifted shares of Cannasoft Enterprises Inc Thursday plus other big percentage movers on news from the small and micro cap space

4:05pm: Cannasoft Enterprises, Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas shares add to gains late afternoon

Cannasoft Enterprises closed up 18% at $5.90, while AirBoss of America rose 5% to $8.42, Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas finished 7% higher to $0.40, Prodigy Ventures ended up 14% at $0.08.

11:55am: Cannasoft Enterprises, AirBoss of America shares advance sharply

Cannasoft Enterprises Inc (CSE:BYND) shares continued to move higher Thursday, up 14% to $5.70 following a 14% gain on Wednesday, after the integrated software and cannabis company announced plans to enter the multibillion-dollar sextech industry, as its Zigi Carmel Initiatives & Investments subsidiary filed a US Provisional Patent Application for an additional smart female treatment device for external use.

Cannasoft noted the new artificial intelligence (AI) based device will be capable of treating certain phenomena in female sexual organs.

As well, shares of AirBoss of America Corp. (TSX:BOS) gained 8% to $8.70 as the manufacturer of survivability solutions, advanced custom rubber compounds and finished rubber products revealed record sales and profitability for its Rubber Solutions segment during the fourth quarter of 2022.

Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas Ltd (TSXV:EOG), meanwhile, reported that its hand in its farm-out process offshore South Africa has strengthened significantly as a new independent review of Block 3B/4B has confirmed an exploration hotspot and potential for dramatic discoveries, seeing Eco’s net share of prospective resources exceeding 1 billion barrels of oil equivalent (boe). Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas stock moved up 4% to $0.39 following the announcement.

And, Prodigy Ventures Inc (TSXV:PGV) shares rose 14% to $0.08 on Thursday after the fintech company announced that its board of directors has approved a one-time return of capital of C$0.041103 per share for shareholders of record on March 16, 2023.
