MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd (LSE:MXC, OTC:MGCLF, ASX:MXC) noted in a statement that it has received US$500,000 through its existing US$10mln convertible securities financing facility with Mercer Street Global Opportunity Fund.
The company said it will use the proceeds as working capital to fund MGC's ongoing operations, including its clinical trial programme.
