AMPD Ventures Inc said it has issued a total of 483,630 common shares in the capital of the company in consideration for past services with an aggregate value of $62,500 provided to the company. Of the compensation shares, 223,214 shares were issued at a deemed price of 14 cents per share and 260,416 shares were issued at a deemed price of 12 cents per share. The compensation shares will not be subject to a hold period.
