Forte Minerals Corp. (CSE:CUAU, OTCQB:FOMNF) has finalized a property transfer agreement with Compañía Minera Ares SAC to acquire 300 hectares of land, the company announced.

The property was transferred to Forte Minerals subsidiary Amaru Resources SAC, with Ares retaining a 0.5% net smelter return royalty, which is subject to a buyback by Amaru for US$500,000.

Quadrise Fuels International PLC (AIM:QFI, OTC:QDRSF) opportunity with MSC Shipmanagement could be worth more than double the company’s current market value, that’s according to analysts at Shore Capital.

Earlier this week the AIM-quoted company updated investors on the extensive testing of its bioMSAR fuel ahead of trials with MSC later this year, and highlighted that in separate testing with Wärtsilä Services Switzerland completing optical combustion and engine wear tests with the synthetic biofuel.

Standard Uranium Ltd (TSX-V:STND, OTCQB:STTDF) announced that diamond drilling has begun at its 100% owned Sun Dog project in Saskatchewan's northwestern Athabasca Basin, south of Canada’s first uranium mining camp in the Beaverlodge district.

The uranium exploration company said Standard Uranium and Base Diamond Drilling crews began mobilizing to the project on February 24. Drill equipment has arrived on site and is being deployed to the first drill pad.

Arrow Exploration Corp (TSX-V:AXL, AIM:AXL, OTC:CSTPF) has told investors it is encouraged by the initial production of Rio Cravo Este-3 (RCE-3), the fourth well on the Tapir Block in Colombia’s Llanos Basin.

In an update on the appraisal/development well, Arrow CEO Marshall Abbott commented: ”RCE-3 is currently flowing better than expected. The company is choking the well back in an effort to manage the reservoir and discourage premature water production."

Quadrise Fuels International PLC (AIM:QFI, OTC:QDRSF) told investors that extensive testing of its bioMSAR fuel is showing its suitability for marine and power plant applications, with vessel trials with shipping giant MSC set to begin later this year.

Wärtsilä Services Switzerland has so far carried out optical combustion and engine wear tests on the synthetic biofuel as a necessary precursor to the commercial-scale vessel trials, as part of the AIM-listed company’s framework agreement with MSC Shipmanagement, a subsidiary of MSC Group.

Doubleview Gold Corp (TSX-V:DBG, OTCQB:DBLVF) said that assay results from HAT drilling will be released in the near future. The company said it had determined that some of the 2021 samples were lost. “Although the entire transfer route from the property to the lab was re-evaluated and double-checked and to ensure that the samples were not simply mislaid or misdirected, the exact cause of the loss was not identified,” it said in a statement. “When 2022 property work began, missing core intervals were re-sampled by re-sawing the remaining half-cores. The replacement samples thus were quarter cores. The company may consider re-drilling the drill holes in question at a future date but it has been determined that is not necessary at this point.” Doubleview added that, fllowing this serious failure of sample custody, its QA/QC procedures were thoroughly reviewed and even further strengthened and were in effect during the 2022 drill program.

Silver Range Resources Ltd (TSX-V:SNG, OTC:SLRRF) announced it had closed the $500,000 private placement with Altius Minerals Corporation through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Altius Resources Inc, as originally announced on February 21, 2023. The private placement consisted of the sale of 3,333,333 common shares of Silver Range at a price of $0.15 per share, for total consideration of $500,000. All of these shares are subject to a hold period until July 2, 2023. As previously announced, Silver Range has also agreed to a generative alliance in the southwest U.S. whereby Altius will acquire a one percent (1%) net smelter return royalty interest on three Silver Range projects staked within a specified area of interest in the southwest United States.

Silver Range also announces that it has been granted an extension until March 28, 2023 to close the unit private placement originally announced on January 17, 2023, to consist of the sale of up to 6,000,000 units at a price of $0.15 per unit, for total proceeds of up to $900,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half (1/2) of a non-transferable share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant to entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.30 for a period of two years from closing.
