International Personal Finance jumps on full-year profit growth

International Personal Finance (LSE:IPF), the home credit business, shot up 12% to 108.2p after reporting an uptick in full-year pre-tax profits.

Profit before tax jumped 14.3% to £77.4mln, with a 6.5p final dividend, up 15% from 2021.

For the year ended December 2022, the full-year dividend was 9.2p compared to 8p the year earlier.

“We made further good progress against our strategy in 2022, with reported group profit before tax up 14.3% and all three divisions performing well,” said chief executive Gerard Ryan.
