Panthera Resources PLC (AIM:PAT) managing director Mark Bolton speaks to Proactive's Thomas Warner after announcing a conditional arbitration funding agreement for up to US$10.5 million in litigation financing with LCM Funding.
Bolton says that his role at Panthera is to help resolve the "regulatory issues" the company has encountered in India and "extract maximum value for shareholders".
