Crestview Exploration Inc (CSE:CRS) said it will undertake a non-brokered private placement financing to raise gross proceeds of up to $500,000 from the sale of up to 5 million units at a price of $0.105 per unit. Each unit shall be comprised of one common share of the company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one common share from the company at a price of 20 cents per share for a period of 24 months from closing of the offering. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for pre-drilling preparation and permitting, property payments, working capital requirements, and other general corporate purposes. The company may pay a finder's fee in respect of those purchasers under the offering introduced to the company by certain persons. Each finder will receive a cash payment up to 8% of the gross proceeds received by the company from purchasers under the offering who were introduced to the company by such finder.

Albert Labs International Corp (CSE:ABRT) has noted the decision of Australia's medicinal regulatory authority, the Therapeutic Goods Administration, to reschedule psilocybin and officially recognize its medical potential. In November, Albert Labs announced an agreement for their first in-human study of KRN-101, a natural, single-dose psilocybin-based medicine. This phase 1 study will be carried out in Australia in partnership with iNGENu CRO, and will complete the full safety profile of KRN-101 with the data to be submitted to the TGA (Australia), MHRA (United Kingdom Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) and FDA (United States Food and Drug Administration).
