First Phosphate Corp CEO John Passalacqua joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has agreed to a memorandum of understanding with Prayon SA of Belgium. Prayon is Europe's largest producer of purified phosphoric acid. Passalacqua telling Proactive this agreement will help to fast track the company’s plan to be a major player in the North American lithium iron phosphate battery industry by helping with Phosphate concentrate production and offtake, LFP Grade Phosphoric Acid toll processing, and development of an LFP Cathode Active Material Manufacturing Plant.
