First Phosphate Corp. (CSE:PHOS) said it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Belgium-based Prayon SA, Europe’s largest producer of phosphoric acid, to accelerate its integration plan for the North American lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery industry.

In a statement, First Phosphate said it was building a strategic transatlantic relationship with Prayon to enable Europe and North America to gain green energy and critical mineral independence.

Zeb Nickel (TSX-V:ZBNI, OTC:ZBNIF) has said that, further to its announcement on February 7, 2023, it has issued an aggregate of 743,944 common shares of the company to a creditor to settle aggregate debt in the amount of $200,865 at a deemed price of $0.27 per share. The shares are subject to a contractual hold period expiring on August 21, 2023, 180 days from the issuance of the shares.

TRX Gold (TSX:TNX, NYSE-A:TRX) has announced the voting results from its 2022 Annual General and Special Meeting, held February 23, 2023. A total of 144,706,026 common shares were voted representing 52.29% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company and shareholders voted in favour of all items of business before the meeting. Reunion Gold Corporation (TSX-V:RGD, OTCQB:RGDFF) has exercised two options to acquire all of the rights to its Oko West project that were originally held by two local miners, the company announced. This cost the company no additional consideration. In accordance with one of the option agreements, the optionor will be entitled to receive a contingent consideration of US$5 per ounce of gold produced from his former permits area, which represents approximately 86.5% of the Oko West project licence area.

World Copper Ltd (TSX-V:WCU, OTCQX:WCUFF) said, further to its announcement on December 29, 2022, four loans in the aggregate amount of US$1,065,265 equivalent to C$1,445,031.97 have been extended to February 22, 2024. The company said it has issued an aggregate 10,321,657 non-transferable bonus share purchase warrants to the lender, with each bonus warrant entitling the holder to purchase one share in the company at an exercise price of C$0.14 per share expiring on February 22, 2024. A clause has been added to the warrant certificate that restricts the exercise of warrants such that the holders' ownership would not be above 19.99%, World Copper noted.
